full name is Luis Flippe Madera Caeiro. He was born on the 4th of November 1972. His
birthplace is Almada in Portugal. At the moment Figo is a married man with one child. He
is 180cm tall and is 76kg. The teams he has played for are Sporting Lisbon (this was
in1989-95), Barcelona (in 1995-2000) and now Real Madrid (in 2000). At Real Madrid he gets paid £3.7 million a year. When Figo moved to Real Madrid they paid $56.1 million for him. Luis Figo plays in midfield and on the wing. He has played 81 games for Portugal his country and has scored 27 goals in them. The first game he played was against Bulgaria in 1992 when they won 2-1. Figo has always played well and is always dangerous in front of goal. Some of the cups he has won with his teams are: Primera league in 1998, 1999, the Copa del Rey and many others with Barcelona. The Portuguese Cup (1995) with Sporting Lisbon and with Real Madrid some are: the Primera Cup in 2001, Spanish Super Cup (2001) and many, many more. Figo is a top class player who is one of the best in the game and has so many abilities. I just had to put him as my number 3.
